We don't program mindlessly or robotically. We try our best to understand our clients' needs and understand the task at hand, because only then can we guarantee that everyone gets what they want. To achieve this, we sometimes bombard our clients with annoying cross-examination.

Everyone hates paperwork, including us. But over the long years of project implementation, we've learned that without documentation, the job is doomed. The programmer doesn't know what is expected of him, and the client can't ask for what isn't written down.

The lion's share of our work is development, i.e. programming what we have defined in the documentation together with the client. All this is done in such a way that any changes or additional requests that may arise during the process can be flexibly incorporated into the code.
